The Process: Step-by-step
How we work with you to create customised software
Every project is different and we are flexible to be able to adapt to your requirements and situations. We use many development methodologies depending on the type of project. These include RUP, Prince 2, Agile, XP. Software development in a partnership between you and us. At each stage of the process we have to prove our worth and how we can work together. Below is an overview of the typical software development process.

Specification & Design
- We don’t just sell wholesale programming hours
- We focus on what you want to build
- We take you through our TQS system to produce a robust outsourcing specification
- At this stage we also start the Design & Usability work

| Stage 2 |
Development
- Once the specification has been agreed we can immediately start the development
- You are given a UK Account Director who manages all the communications
- Regular status reports and progress meetings are scheduled
- You will be given access to the online project management tool which manages all bugs, change requests and support issues
- Onsite visits - we recommend that clients take the opportunity to visit the development team during the development
- Regular software releases occur during the development cycle and are fully documented
- Projects are delivered on time and within budget
