Black Ink Media outsourced the development of enterprise.tv to DataArt for two reasons: firstly, a substantial cost and time saving was realized, enabling Black Ink Media to focus on its sales and business development; and secondly Black Ink Media recognized that DataArt’s balanced approach could add enormous value to Black Ink Media’s product development.
